Queen Bee
This is a little web store I made with WooCommerce for my current girlfriend, that is very into selling ladies stuff, mostly bijouterie and make up items. She's a psychologist if anyone needs it.
I came to realize she needed a store quick and not only easy to use but also to maintain. So WooCommerce came to the rescue. I designed the theme from scratch (also designed the little logo of the bee with the martini), taking into consideration that most of the ladies needed to trust the new brand and know that there's a safe and solid service behind, so they won't fear to pay with their credit cards.
Also came into consideration that most of them didn't want to login, or have another password to remember, so tried to integrate most of the 'boring' stuff with facebook.
Got in touch with a local credit card processor and they allowed me to their API, so I could also develop a WooCommerce Payment Gateway with Pagopar (the name of the company) and integrate it to the payment process.
Now she's leading between other make up sellers in the city that make sells only through social media. And I earned what I deserved. Ha.
