My dad runs a law firm that also manages some real estate, a common practice where I live. Since he was having trouble administering all the properties, I decided to give him a hand ordering the properties and the arrangements with the clients.
This webapp manages the properties, clients, the rentals, the financial movements originated from the business and also the billing of the rentals, allowing you to rent per day, week, month or year. The system will generate also the contract, with all the data modified. And in case a new clause is needed, you can edit the contract prior to print it.
The system will also generate a calendar of payments, alerting in case some rental went past due, and letting you know how much you'll take from the rental when it finishes. Also it lets you add fines in case you want to punish somehow late payments.
To enhance the global numbers, some statistics shows in the dashboard, and there are some reports generators within some sections. Since all billing needs to be made on a matrix point printer with a predesigned bill, I had to apply same ESC/POS printing like Barcos y Rodados so they can print the bill directly from the browser.
